Make ptcpdump available in Debian?

Well, you could maintain it as part of Debian, with me as a package sponsor doing the upload. My sponsoring preferences are available as <URL: http://www.hungry.com/~pere/debian-sponsoring.html >. A first step could be to create a git repository on salsa.debian.org with the packaging rules. I can help you with this if it is interesting.
