"Safe" mode for NFsim UTL parameter #7

Currently, NFsim chooses a UTL value by default, which may be too small for
polymerizing systems. In these cases, the user has to manually increase the
value of UTL until the simulation runs without error. This makes people
nervous, however, since they generally don't understand what the UTL is. It
would be nice, therefore, to provide a "safe" mode that effectively sets UTL to
Infinity and ensures that the results are always correct, even if the
simulation efficiency suffers.
