[material-ui] Missing Popover component from the UI kit

Summary

For some reason the Popover component is missing form the MUI Figma UI Kit.

I can see it documented on the component library website

Examples

Not sure if there is a need for examples as the component already exists in code, but here is a Popover component from Carbon Design System

Motivation
