Sign packages

For the v1.0.0, the package was signed with cosign:

• v1.0.0 package publish pipeline
• 1.0.0 package signature

For the v1.0.1, the package signature failed:

• v1.0.1 package publish pipeline

After v1.0.1, the packages signature has been removed to avoid pipeline failure:

• code changed

Task:

• Find a way to sign the packages again

A branch has been created from the tag v1.0.0, to test the pipeline: branch-from-1.0.0. There is no significant change compared to v1.0.0. A tag was manually created to trigger the pipeline.
