The ExcelEditor python file is one I created using openpyxcel. The idea is that it allows one
to track basic aspects of their personal finances through a python file that utilizes Microsoft
Excel by extension. Via some command line input, one can use this python file to inquire into 
one's own spending habits while also being able to input basic spending information based upon
a few pre-made categories I added. If this file is being downloaded or utilized on another device
all one need do is set the "default" variable to the location of the dowloaded excel file I provided
on your device and it should work swimmingly. There is also the ability to summate and view one's 
spending over all the categories as well as the ablity to erase all the data present on the excel
file. The command line input is rudimentary and simple, but it functions how it should
