Alpha release & new docs site!

Hey y'all, two quick updates:

New Docs Site

We have a new docs site! It's actually accurate! https://iroh.computer/docs

We're actively working on the site at the moment, please don't hesitate to file issues on the website repo if you spot anything wrong: https://github.com/n0-computer/iroh.computer

v0.6.0-alpha

We're targeting September 25th for release v0.6.0, which will be the first release that includes documents, and all the syncing that comes with them. While we work up to that milestone, we've cut an alpha release for folks to play with that includes

There are two big known issues we need to solve before cutting v0.6.0:

• More than two peers in a document do not properly sync #1432
• DERP bug: Transfer issues when one node is behind a "NAT" #1404

Team is working very hard to burn those two issues down. If we solve them before the 25th, we'll try to cut v0.6.0-RC1 release candidate.
