No dialog

Hi. Maybe i am missing the obvious here. I am using Gedit 3.16.2 and after i install the plugin, as per the readme, it does appear in the Gedit plugins menu (called Edit Shortcuts) and i can enable it, however it provides no Preferences option--the button is greyed out--and i don't appear to be able to do anything with it. I have tried hovering the menu item i would like to change and performing my key combo, but that doesn't do anything. it is my understanding that this plugin should provide an interface of some kind, is this the case?
