Build fails on V 1.0.0. - FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'bin' during invoke get_requires_for_build_wheel

I've got these installed:

BuildRequires: python3dist(build)
BuildRequires: python3dist(installer)
BuildRequires: python3dist(setuptools)
BuildRequires: python3dist(sphinx)
BuildRequires: python3dist(wheel)
BuildRequires: python3dist(pytest)

I'm calling these to build:
pyproject_wheel
pyproject_installer

Error where this fails:
