Add health warn and health fatal attributes to active component FPP

Feature Description

Add health warn FPP attributes for active components. These would be used to automatically generate the health ping tables. Not specifying these would mean the user didn't want their active component pinged.

Rationale

The health WARN/FATAL counting values still must be specified manually like here. It seems like this table and this one could be autocoded. That avoids the user having to write and maintain the table manually.
