Potential issue in pre-mixed ck tables for Teq>=1700

For planets with equilibrium temperatures greater than about 1600/1700, we see temperature inversions at P<1e-4. @sagnickm has verified the issue. The problem goes away when using on the fly mixing, which hasn't been fully released yet (still in dev). Therefore there isn't a direct solution just yet.

Temporary fix: Clip pressure grid at 1e-4. <- see update below, this does not work

Permanent fix:

• use on the fly (release expected in ~1 month)
• remake premixed files such that the problem goes away (release expected in ~1 month)

Verified that clipping the pressure grid at 1e-4 does not work. Further investigation is going on to see if we can fix the ck tables or remake them.
