Add dotenv (or something) support

Hello! microsite is cool framework, thank you folks for it.

I got a question. How can I use environment variables?

My case look like:

• strapi for API
• strapi returns URI path for media resources (pictures, etc)
• i want to write API host (of strapi) in environment variables (.env file) for tasty deployment and development

I'll add a note to the docs, but you should be able to use .env files out of the box. @snowpack/plugin-dotenv is included.
