Well, I have the examples now also working with https://github.com/kripken/box2d.js/ but stumbled with ChainShape (https://github.com/shiffman/The-Nature-of-Code-Examples-p5.js/blob/master/chp05_libraries/box2d.js/NOC_5_3_ChainShape_Simple/surface.js). Moving onto Chapter 6, will have to return to box2d and toxiclibs later.
