Action Updated to Node 20

Hey everyone!!

Just a quick announcement - in accordance with Github's node transition plan, this action has been updated to run using Node 20. If you are using a self-hosted runner this may mean that you need to update your runner environment to use node20.

Versions Effected

• v1.14.0: This version runs on Node 20.
• v1.13.0: This version still runs on Node 16. If you need time to update your self hosted runner, you can use this version for the time being (though note that Github seems to only be offering support here until Spring 2024)
• v1: This currently points to v1.14.0. It also runs on Node 20.
