Markdown Renderer for Job descriptions

Hi! Nice little extension, I use it daily and it helps a ton, thanks!

It could be interresting if the jobs description on the main view would have their markdown content rendered.
I know the Upwork feed does not do that (one needs to actually click on a job post to see it rendered correctly), but It would be pretty handy to have that.

If I have the time, I could try to implement it. and propose a pull request
