Add support for Cirrus CI

The Cirrus CI is yet another CI for building projects. It looks like GraphQL API is available for it. It will be nice to have a support of it similar as for Jenkins

I'm not familiar at all Cirrus CI. So I don't know which kind of integration would fit the best. For Jenkins, it's done through dedicated pipeline steps (like at https://github.com/nemerosa/ontrack-jenkins-cli-pipeline) and for GitHub, it's more through an ingestion system (see https://static.nemerosa.net/ontrack/release/latest/docs/doc/index.html#integration-github-ingestion). There is also the Ontrack CLI (Go client at https://github.com/nemerosa/ontrack-cli) which can fit anywhere.

I'd need to have a look at Cirrus CI to know which direction would be the best.
