Built-in authentication must take precedence against LDAP authentication #919

When attempting to log in with a user name and a password, the LDAP authentication, when defined, takes precedence over the built-in authentication. When the LDAP is not reachable, this causes an authentication issue even when using a built-in account.

The built-in authentication manager must be tried before the LDAP one.
