Should we move to semantic versioning of the package ?

As described here : https://semver.org/

This would mean (among other things) :

• Un-sticking to Neo4j versioning : neomodel 6.0 and 7.0 could support Neo4j version 4.4 and 5.x
• Better warning of breaking changes : we are thinking of changing how the driver is handled => big breaking change => version 6.0 instead of 5.1
