Is there a way to limit voiceover about Nostrum/Crystalbind ?
Crystalbind voice is starting to spam even if i got 1h left.

Meter is still working on 107, but help voices are bugged ( crystalbind/nostrum spam even when they are on)

u can semi fix ....\ShinraMeter\resources\config\events
Backup File : events-common.xml first
and replace with this https://github.com/odukjung/Semi-fix-ShinraMeter

Shinra meter got issues with buffs detection now so its why notifies cant detect them. Will be fixed soon
