Apply diagnostics to all groups

Hello,
Would it be possible to apply a diagnostics to several groups at the same time ? From what i've seen a diagnostic can only be applied to only one group.
The only workaround i see at the moment would be to include every machine in a group for a global diagnostic
I hope i'm not being unpleasant lately with my questions/issue.
