Add support to get and delete on an Arango database

Currently the topology extraction modules only support creating and updating on an Arango database.

We can also add the support to get and delete operations.

In particular, the delete operation could be used in the network topology extraction functions to keep the topology up-to-date when some router or link is disconnected from the network.
