Improvements for assessment annotation user-friendliness

Here is a collection of user-experience issues that we consider addressing before the annotation tool gets a deeper rework. We will rank and discuss these, and then implement the ones that have the best combo of easy and impactful.

New feature

There are a few aspects of the assessment tool annotation that I think we could make more user-friendly!

• The UI for the assessment-to-column matching is a little "bulky", in that when verifying columns for each assessment, I have to scroll through the entire list including the ones I have annotated as being about other assessments
  • Maybe we could use a two-column layout for the column names, such that the ones annotated with the currently selected assessment are all grouped together? or otherwise visually group them somehow
