We have confirmed that we can reach the DNP Neurobagel instance from the BIC internal node, and vice versa. The local federation index for the f-API on the BIC internal node has also been updated to include the DNP Neurobagel instance, so you can now run federated queries which are forwarded to the DNP at https://federate-bic.neurobagel.org. Because the query tool has not caught up with the recent changes to the n-/f-API response structures yet, we will wait for now to set up local federation at the DNP until the following are addressed and we release the APIs and query tool: |
