We're attempting to run some OSL hardware using the RPi imaging tool, but we have been unable to get admin rights after setting things up. Anytime we attempt to run the hardware, it throws a port permissions error and says that dialout rights or sudo privileges need to be granted, but the user configured with the imager is not part of the sudoers group. Any suggestions? Everything else appears to be working (network connections and prepackaged libraries).
