Brodmann Atlas Information Consultation

I am a research and development engineer from a medical image processing software company. We hope to apply Brodmann atlas in MRicRO software to our commercial software. However, we did not find the author of Brodmann atlas and the official source website. We only learned that the map was released together with MRicro software, which follows the BSD protocol. I would like to confirm with you whether it is allowed for me to directly use Brodmann atlas in our software. If it is not feasible, could you please help to provide the information of the map author? We will directly contact the map author to confirm the feasibility of commercial use. Thank you!

The Brodmann atlas is described here with caveats. You may want to consider using the AAL or AICHA atlases instead.

Both AAL and AICHA atlas are good atlas, but since the customers is more familiar with brodmann, it may be desirable to use brodmann to present to the customers . We will be very careful to remind customers that this atlas cannot represent the actual brain functional areas of patients, but is only for reference.
I looked at this page and learned that the brodmann atlas was made by Krish Singh, but I can't access his relevant information site (http://www.mariarc.liv.ac.uk/mri3dX/mri3dX_shading.html), so I would like to ask you again, do you have any information or contact information about Krish Singh?
