Clean up repo #71

There are still some legacy files and unused content in this repo.

We should clean up the repo by removing all the old files that are not relevant anymore.

Most of this was done in #76 , but there are still some files in the student and instructor versions that are left over from renaming. For example, if a day was renamed to W2D2 from W2D3, there will still be old student and instructors version labelled W2D3 in the W2D2 new directory as well as the new ones for W2D2.
