I’ve added the Cloud Optimize app to my New Relic account, created the workload and collection as per the setup instructions, but when I try to run it, it gets stuck on "Requesting job" and never completes. I am wondering if there’s a missing configuration step, or if I’ve missed something not covered in the app video.
Steps to Reproduce
Added Cloud Optimize app in New Relic.
Created the workload and collection following the video guide.
Clicked on "Run" to execute the job.
The job status remains on "Requesting job" indefinitely without completing.
Expected Behaviour
The Cloud Optimize job should run successfully and return optimization results for AWS resources.
Relevant Logs / Console output
There are no specific error messages; the status remains at "Requesting job."
Your Environment
NR1 CLI version used (I dont know)
Chrome Versión 129.0.6668.90 (Build oficial) (64 bits)
Windows
