Add a QR-Code for public polls

Describe the goal you'd like to achieve

As a poll creator I want to get a QR-Code of a public poll, because I want to collect a simple feedback by printing the QR-Code, so that users are able to give their feedback on their mobile phones.

I believe that should not only be possible for polls. NC should provide QR-Code for all public shares.

Seems to declined in the server repo. See nextcloud/server#11360
At least Google Chrome allows to generate a qr-code from the current URL.
