Hello,

I have NextDNS running with various settings, but selecting the default DoH NextDNS Option in Firefox bypasses all the settings despite having Block Bypass Methods turned on. This seems like an oversight.

Also in chrome when you set to Public NextDNS DoH, this is also happen

chromium.dns.nextdns.io

Nextdns is surely taking its time to implement fixes.
