Make containers and integrate them into the pipeline

I made wave containers, but they are only available for one architecture (https://community.seqera.io/t/platform-specificity/1116).

  • Docker ARM64 build: 'community.wave.seqera.io/library/pip_drevalpy:23d68e736486ab16'
  • Docker AMD64 build: 'community.wave.seqera.io/library/pip_drevalpy:7d8f30cda5f4887b'
  • Singularity AMD64 build: 'oras://community.wave.seqera.io/library/pip_drevalpy:6ca244fae0c2fa29'

Making a biocontainer now

Decided on docker container + conda env.yml
