CO2 Plot needs to have fixed dimensions #314

All plots need to have fixed dimensions. It appears that the CO2 plot looks wider on the screen then temperature.

Seem to be alimitation where we don't have a fixed width Highcharts fills it to match the content.

1. Solution is to set it to a fixed with.
1. Solultion is to set it to the with of the screen (look wierd when resizing until implementation is in place)
