Is there any plan to add AVIF Support?

Unfortunately, we're not adding/supporting any new features: https://github.com/niiknow/docker-nginx-image-proxy#point-of-interest

If you need it, there's a better image conversion library and AVIF is being requested here: weserv/images#238
