The user that is registered is shown the conferences that he is registered for.

Content of Conference

The content of a conference.

• Agenda - Program konferencije

  • Is made of

    • Sessions - sesija
      • Is organized in one day in one hall - !!! Unique (no overlapping)!!!
      • Is made of
        • Lecture - Predavanje
          • Tile - Naslov. !!! Unique for the conference
          • Author/s - Autor/i - up to 4
          • Start time
          • Session witch it is a part of
          • Duration - up to 20 min, except the first lecture in a session (govor po pozivu), which could last up to 30 min

  • The conferences can additionally have (they are like sessions in the hierarchy)

    • Opening and closing ceremonies

      • Time limit 1h
      • It may contain
        • Pozdravni govor
        • Govor po pozivu

    • Radionica

      • Time limit is 3h
      • It contains
        • "Theme - tema"
        • Authors, up to 4

       * No time limit
    

• My agenda - moja agenda

• Gallery - galerija

  • The user that can
    • Browse the pictures of a session (only if in his agenda)
    • Add pictures to the gallery (only if in his agenda)
  • Should contain some sort of navigation (Gallery of a conference -> Day x -> Session "AAA")

• Pregeld posetioca - pregled posetioca konferencije i njihovih profila

  • Only if in his agenda
  • Can see all the other people that have it in their agenda
  • Can exchange private messages with them
  • Can add to his register (Favourite Contacts). He will be notified if any of his favourite contacts have a lecture in the future by a message.

Interaction

For every session, workshop, opening/closing ceremony, the user can

• Add it to his agenda (My Agenda), thus reserving a seat for it

• Like the session

  • Only if it is in his agenda

• Leave a comment

  • Only if it is in his agenda

• Grade a lecture

  • Only if it is in his agenda
  • grades from 1 to 5, 5 being the biggest grade

• If a user is a author of a lecture, he can do the following things
  - [ ] Can mark himself with "Am presenting - Prezentujem rad", after which his name will be blue in the agenda
  - [ ] Add files - Can add a single PDF and/or a PPT, after which all user who have that lecture in their agenda can download the files.

Questions

• Should the overlapping be detected on the basis of a day, or the times of the first and last lectures of a session?
