با سلام هنگام دریافت اس ام اس شماره فرستنده به صورت یو تی اف 8 ارسال میشود و فضای کافی جهت ذخیره شماره در دسترس نیست!!
البته این تو حالت هگز اتفاق می افته.

اندازه rx buffer رو زیاد کنید
