Create obbcorrupt as a development tool

Create a variant of patch.py which will try to corrupt as much data in the obb as possible.
Could come in two variants add useless info and remove unused info. This will be extremely helpful to understand the obb data format better. This corruption won't be immediately repairable by PyVZ2.
