Refactor Code; divide up by algorithm and make use of Helper Functions #2

Currently the code is largely separated by parts; the idea being that it was like going through the course yourself.

While I will keep some scripts to perform this, I also would like to update the code and make a version that is:

PEP8 compliant
Object oriented
Easier to look at specific parts of the analysis

I am currently doing this, but would like to track my progress here.
