Automated Consecutive Project Creation

Enhance the tool to allow for the creation of multiple customer projects consecutively, without requiring any manual actions from the user between runs.

What would this look like?

We would basically provide multiple inputJsonFile (one per project to generate) and multiple targetParentIds (one per project to generate). targetOrganization, targetProject, templateOrganization, templateProject, and templateParentId are identical for all projects to generate

so we would basically define lists of strings instead of strings for the respective entries in the configuration.json
