ExportUsersForMapping Null Reference Exception -- How to Manually Map Users

When ever I attempt ExportUsersForMapping using the example config, I get a null reference exception at line 92 here:

azure-devops-migration-tools/src/VstsSyncMigrator.Core/Execution/MigrationContext/ExportUsersForMapping.cs

Line 92 in d0cde62

Log.LogInformation("Found {usersToMap} total mapped", usersToMap.Count);

I'm assuming that usersToMap is null.

I have user whose name changed between the 2 systems from Nicholas Allen to Nick Allen and none of his work items successfully were transfered. I'd like to manually map him, but could use an example of how to do so.

It seems this should only be null if the adapter is disabled. Can you share your config?
