It is not possible to create the field ReflectedWorkItemId for Shared Steps #2371

When running the script to migrate Test Cases and Shared Steps from TFS to Azure, I am getting the error below, but in Azure it is not possible to edit the layout of the Shared Steps to add the ReflectedWorkItemId field, could anyone help me with a solution for this problem?
