Cannot launch the .jar

i got this error when i try to launch the jar , i also try to recompile and package the source but mvn cannot find the dependance sqrtl

Hello,
based on the error, it seems that there is another service running on localhost:8080
As this package is for local testing, it exposes the application on this local address.

Let me know if you can find and stop the service and tests the navigation tool.
