What?

support for providing OGC API Features service from GeoPackage data source
documentation for setting up GeoPackage based OGC API Service
sample code extending demo in https://github.com/nlsfi/hakunapi/tree/main/examples
maybe also demo service running in a docker container and deployed on a managed cloud service

This was piloted late 2023 by pull request #74.
