How To Install StarMask in Google Chrome

Step 1: Install from chrome web stroe

  1. Visit StarMask in the chrome web stroe

  2. Click Add to Chrome

or, install from github latest release zip

  1. Visit github releases

  2. Download the Latest starmask-chrome-*.zip and unzip it

  3. Customize and control Google Chrome -> More Tools -> Extensions

  4. Enable Develloper Mode, then click Load unpacked

  5. Choose the unzipped folder of starmask-chrome-*.zip

  6. StarMask is installed successfully

Step 2: Pin StarMask icon in the extensions bar

  1. Click Extensions icon, then click the pin icon at the right side of StarMask

  2. StarMask icon will always be shown in the extensions bar

Step 3: Initialize StarMask

  1. Click Get Started

  2. Click Create a wallet for the first time

  3. Click I Agree

  4. Input your password, then click Create

  5. CLICK HERE TO REVEAL SECRET WORDS

Tips:

  • Download this mnemonic(secret bacup phrase) to recover your wallet by import it later.
  • Click 'Remind me later' and jump to 8

  1. Click Next

  2. Select each phrase in order, Click Confirm

  3. Click All Done

  4. Enter the home page(Expand view)

  5. Click StarMask icon in the extensions bar, show the home page in a pop window

  6. Click the settings icon on the right side of account name, then click Expand view, will open a new tab showing the home page
