• The application now checks if files were already downloaded correctly, and will use them unless the user wants them deleted or they specified an import for that file.

This version was only tested on an OLED 3G PSVita with Windows 10 v1803. Please create an issue if it does not work on newer Vita models, PSTV, or other Windows versions. Do not create an issue on the official h-encore issue tracker, it probably isn't their fault.

Requires .NET 4.5.2 or higher.
