Successfully imported python library does not see its keyword in run #431

Hi experts!
I installed RequestsLibrary with pip, imported it successfully into my project. All is working as expected and no issue is shown. Keyword linking is working and etc.
But when I run my robot file, it fails with error of 'no keyword found' (GET ON SESSION). In spite the running the same code from PyCharm or Ride fully succeeded.
It worked for me before but stopped suddenly one day and I cannot figure out what happened.
Any idea?

Removing/reinstalling does not help
