Custom resolution not available through QRes

I can apply custom resolutions in setting but they are not available using cmd tools like QRes. Default resolutions work.

QRes does not work with virtual display.
I will add command line support in next patch (including custom resolution) and find a way to restart to apply custom res without re-plugging virtual display.
