nomic delegations is erroring on nomic testnet-4b-0 #128

Please see error here

nomic delegations gives an error:

thread 'main' panicked at 'called `Option::unwrap()` on a `None` value', src/bin/nomic.rs:451:18

possibly related to delegation to a large number of validators

upon attempting to unbond and redelegate away from validators, they disappear from the list but the delegated to x validators stays the same. the number of entries displayed in the list decreases. See here
