feat: mobile unsupported overlay below certain resolution

As Noodle moves towards Beta, mobile responsiveness of the main dashboard is a whole different beast, and we probably would then delegate it to after Beta efforts into a more stable, useful noodle.

So as for now, we need some sort of an overlay below a certain resolution when stuff starts breaking to let the user know that we don't need support small screens.

Scope:

• Check resolution at which point the dashboard layout/content starts breaking.
• If effort to fix the break is minimal, then it's done and then step 1 is checked again.
• An overlay is then shown to the user with the message "We currently do not support smaller screens, please view on a desktop screen".
