Bug Report: Both VENTURA & SONOMA got "No AUDIO" -- missing "AUDIO Files

Both VENTURA & SONOMA:

1. got "No AUDIO" -- missing "AUDIO Files
   [e.g. /Library/Preferences/Audio/com.apple.audio.SystemSettings.plist,
   /Library/Preferences/Audio/com.apple.audio.DeviceSettings.plist,
   /Library/Preferences/com.apple.audio.DeviceSettings.plist,
   /Library/Preferences/com.apple.audio.SystemSettings.plist,
   /Users/Administrator/Library/Preferences/BHost/com.apple.MIDI.001617Aee065.plist,
   /Users/Administrator/Library/Audio/MIDI Configurations/Default.mcfg, etc.]"..

2. Safari Browser, after pressing "ENTER key", won't show the "Texts, Images nor Video" of that which you
   are HTTPS Requesting..
