Problem statement

When the user creates a multisig:

for the 1st signatory user's accounts are shown in combobox.
for the 2nd signatory only contacts and manual address input is available

What may be improved

for the 1st signatory user's accounts are shown in combobox.
for the 2nd and other signatory show contact, my accounts, manual address input
