Alternative team colors

To prevent confusions due to color blindness, players should be able to select the colors used to separate each team.
This selection should allow for both selection of a predetermined set of colors, and a personalized version in which the player selects the color of each team separately (although it will likely still be limited to predefined options).
Of course, this selection screen should feature all the already selected colors, so that players can be sure they do distinguish each color easily enough.

Additionally, because the colors are slightly different on the portraits, the preview of what is currently selected should show both a portrait and what it looks like on the map for each color.
