WASM bindings auto-deploy #17

Currently the development and deployment procedure is somewhat convoluted.

Development:

run make (since wasm-pack cannot make a correct package.json yet, see e.g. Allow the user to fully customize the package name rustwasm/wasm-pack#427 and Incorrect package.json generated rustwasm/wasm-pack#922)
keep npm run start for the example folder running in a separate tab
eyeball the console log in the browser

Deployment:

make
wasm-pack pack
npm login
npm publish <path to .tgz file>
whatever we come up with for Testing WASM bindings #15 and Docs for WASM bindings #18

Any simplifications of this will be great.
